catching talent and dropping jaws: vertwo at Indonesia Comic Con 2024!

Jakarta, Indonesia – If there’s one event that absolutely shakes the ground in the local pop culture scene, it’s the ICC, which is Indonesia Comic Con 2024, that took over the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) from November 9th to 10th, you already know the vertwo crew had to show up and show out!

Teaming Up with AKSI

This year was extra special because we didn’t just walk the floor as attendees, we set up camp! In an epic collaboration with AKSI (Asosiasi Komik Indonesia), we officially opened our very own booth right in the heart of the madness. JCC was packed to the brim across the Assembly, Cendrawasih, and Plenary halls with tens of thousands of fans, and our booth was buzzing with energy the entire weekend.

Showcasing Magic & Hunting for Stars

Our mission at ICC 2024 was twofold. First, we wanted to flex a little and showcase our latest and greatest works directly to the fans. There is nothing quite like interacting with the community and seeing the immediate, real-life reactions to the IPs our team has been pouring their hearts into.

But the second part of our mission? We were on the prowl for fresh talent. We officially opened recruitment right at our booth! The creative industry moves incredibly fast, and we are always looking for passionate artists, writers, and creators to join the vertwo family. Meeting so many talented people face-to-face, reviewing their portfolios on the spot, and hearing their pitches reminded us exactly why we do what we do.
