caffeine & problem-solving: vertwo’s managerial meetup!

Jakarta, Indonesia – Sometimes the best ideas don’t happen in a stuffy boardroom, they happen over a really good cup of coffee and early dinner. On October 16, 2025, the vertwo Managerial and Project Manager (PM) teams stepped out (with some PM joining online) and headed over to Westloop – Coffee & Kitchen in West Jakarta for our regular team meetup.

While our previous hangouts have been all about karaoke and unwinding, this session was a bit more focused on the daily grind. With so many massive webtoon titles currently in production, keeping the leadership team perfectly aligned is crucial. We grabbed our iced lattes, ordered some great food, and got straight to business.

The agenda? A deep dive into the nitty-gritty of our operations. The team ran through progress updates across all active projects and took a hard look at the challenges we are currently facing. A huge part of these routine meetups is laying our problems out on the table and brainstorming actionable solutions together.

When you put a powerhouse team of PMs and managers in one room, no production bottleneck stays unsolved for long. We left Westloop feeling refreshed, realigned, and ready to guide our creative teams through the rest of the year!
